Have Fun & Create

For this card, I decided to use write my own sentiment - Well, at least half of it. Mostly because I didn't want to search for the letters in my mess of alphabet stickers.

You see a lot of handwritten text on scrapbook pages, but rarely on cards. What's up with that? I definitely creates a more personalized project.

Do you ever write your sentiments? Or do you stick with crafting tools & embellishments?

I'd also like to give a shout out to Robyn's Fetish, who generously supplied me with the crayon box digi. They will be our sponsor for an upcoming challenge at Crafty Creations.
This card was submitted to these challenge blogs.

  2. Hi Corrinne
Beautiful card! Great for any kid going back to school.
I would not ever write a sentiment by hand (your handwriting looks cool) because I do not like my hand writing, but if my printer ink run out in the middle of the night and I was pressed for time I would have to do it. Since I've discovered the magic of printing in the comfort of my own home I prefer to have everything printed out for it to look neat and tidy.

  19. Wonderful card and LOVE your handwriting!! The pack of crayons is so cool! Might have to go check that out!!

I use a lot of handwriting on my scrapbook pages, and often leave cards blank inside to write notes, but never thought to do this for the front! Great idea!!
