Boutique Bride ( Mission 2012: Use It! Card Edition )

Originally, I made this pair as invitations for a bridal shower, but they would be perfect for gifting to a bride. They have a special bonus included, too - A handmade chocolate brown boutique bow clip! The tag can be moved & used by itself as well as card still looks fabulous without it.

Spring Flowers (2012 Mission: Use It! Card Edition)

These cards are the first in a collection of creations that I am making as my goal for 2012: Use it! Instead of buying, storing & basically just imagining, I am going to actually use my craft supplies. A novel idea, huh?

The pansy is a vellum sticker that I placed on paper,
trimmed, added a rhinestone & raised up for more dimension.

Eiffel Tower Featuring Pin & Tack's Paperclips

This card was probably one of the easiest cards I've created. I grabbed a few pieces of cardstock from my scrap drawer & it just put itself together. I left plenty of negative space because the card base has so much texture & I didn't want to hide it.

I added one of my handcrafted paperclips as the
only non-paper embellishment. It was just perfect!

Lucky Three

This card features three clover tags that I had made a while ago. They've been waiting & waiting to be used, so I decided to finally give them their day in the sun. Instead of using them on a gift, I used them as embellishments for a card. I left it very simple because the card is a crisp white with lots of texture.

* I know this card is a late submission, but I am trying to do as many of this blog's challenges as possible. I had this idea since the challenge was posted, but I ran out of time until now.
