Welcome, Spring!

It's almost here - Spring! Pin & Tack welcomes it with new color combinations.
These fun colors are bursting with colors that this season always brings with it.

Blueberry & Lavender Distressed Mini Clothes Pins
Cherry & Tangerine Distressed Mini Clothes Pins
Avocado & Tea Rose Distressed Mini Clothes Pins
There are lots of other colors to choose from at Pin & Tack.
However, if you don't see what combination you want, you simply have to ask.
I always enjoy doing special colors to suit your particular taste (or need.)

Send me an email at pinandtack@gmail.com or you can contact me through the shop.

Tuesday Alchemy Challenge #32: Color Recipe - Golden Brown, Mustard & Navy

A new challenge starts today at Tuesday Alchemy.
It's a color recipe, so you can mix it up with color.

Golden Brown, Mustard & Navy - Enjoy creating with this threesome!

We have two sponsors this week, which is always fantastic as it gives your more chances to win!

~ AND ~

For this creation, I kept it CAS and I used a new flower tutorial that I found while perusing blogs. I didn't like my finished flower (as I really did need to ink the ends), so I changed it up. You can find the tutorial on Doing Life - A Blog By Desire Fourie. Thank you, Desire!

Anything But A Card Challenge #2: Texture

ABAC Challenge #2 begins today. It's all about texture. Create ANY project as long as it's not a card and add that texture to it!

This canvas was covered with glittered cardstock before I painted over it with navy, then distressed in white.

Satin ribbon is topped with a piece of a broken belt (Super cute belt, but oh, so cheap & broke on me!)

I painted the butterfly white, so it would go with the color scheme, then topped with a grosgrain ribbon bow.

Lots of different textures - Yeah!
