I told you that I would share as soon as I used my new SRM stickers! The polka dots (at the bottom) & the "happy birthday" banner are from my new collection of stickers. This creation is truly funky fun with lots of color, sweet ladybugs & one big, bold flower. I even did a little quilling for the flower's center.

I love color, but I also enjoy keeping it simple. This set has only three colors: black, light pink & white.

I didn't have any ribbon that matched, so I used a pair of shoelaces (New in the package & unused, of course.) I don't know how I came to own these laces as I'm not really one to wear checkerboard print. However, they were tucked away in my supplies, so I finally found a use for them!

In this card, I used one of their delightful digital stamps, Lily Holding Flowers. Isn't she super sweet?

For the background, I cut squares out of the same striped paper & simply switched up the direction that the stripes go. For Lily's pigtails, I added cute little bows. I brought the same blue to the dots on her skirt to tie the color scheme together.

Imagine (RDB1)

This card is one of 3 in a small collection that I created for my 2012 Mission: Use It. I had previously created the damask tags with blooms. Today, I finally used them. Rather than tags, they are the featured embellishment.

I used two different inks on the one stamp. It copies the reds & pinks that are found in the patterned paper for a more cohesive look.

This card is busy, busy, busy. The background has so many different things to discover that you will see something new every time you take a look.

I used ribbon as the background for the sentiment. It adds texture & uniqueness to the card along with matching the color scheme.

I love, love, LOVE to sing. Unfortunately, I sound absolutely awful. You won't see me anytime soon on American Idol. I do wish I had a beautiful singing voice. My partner wishes I had one, too, since I sing around the house constantly. I know I sound bad, but I pretend that I don't then I look at my partner. He always gets this look on his face . . . of pain.

Hi!

I LOVE gray. Ok, who says that? Well, what I mean is that I love gray when combined with other colors. It's a fantastic color that works well with bold & bright colors. Gray brings them down to earth a bit & allows your eyes to rest. Since I am a big fan of the bold & the bright, gray is absolutely perfect for me.

This card is made up of such wonderful colors, patterns & textures. Who would have thought that gray, black, white & yellow could look so lovely? With glitter & embossing details, it really pops & sparkles in a fun yet sophisticated way.

Spring Chick

I introduce to you to this sweet, little chick-a-dee. Her name is Daffodil. She loves sunshine, flowers & a nice cup of tea with close friends.

This circle card is very small - Only 2" wide, so it's perfect for attaching to gifts. I used a variety of textured cardstock along with brown ink. The flowers have 3 layers & their centers are dots of paint. Happy Spring, indeed!
