Pin & Tack Hearts Animal Place

Pin & Tack loves Animal Place and let me count the ways . . .

1. Animal Place provides a permanent home to animals from farms (big & small), slaughterhouses, and research facilities.

2. Animal Place "strives to create meaningful change for farmed animals through advocacy and education."

3. Animal Place promotes veganism through publications and cooking classes.

For February, Pin & Tack will be supporting Animal Place with $1 from every item sold at the shops.  However, I always encourage you to donate directly.

Your support will help this organization continue to provide the animals everything they need to have a healthy, happy life. And every animal deserves that!

DIY Dog Delights To Save You Money

Dog accessories can get costly. I know this from my own experience shopping for my BIG, sweet puppy dog. It doesn't have to be, though, as these DIY creations show.

(Tutorials, Clockwise: 1. Mud Mitten, 2. Collar, 3. Pet Bed, 4. Collapsible Bowl.)

If you are not the crafty type (or just don't have the time), you can have something delivered to your door from one of these handmade shops.

* Note: Unfortunately, I did not find anyone that made "mud mittens," so you will have to buckle down & make it. Thus, I snuck a photo of my own pup - Ha ha! If you do know of someone that does offer them, please leave a comment with info!

Blessings & joy, yours truly . . . Corrinne Quinn

(I was motivated to create this post by Pin & Tack's charity, Dogs for the Deaf, which will receive $1 from every item sold at both shops. I urge you to donate directly, though, if you don't need or want anything from my shop. Thank you so much!)

Pin & Tack Supports Dogs For The Deaf

Throughout January, I will donate $1 from every listing sold at Pin & Tack to Dogs For The Deaf. This is why . . .
Dogs for the Deaf, Inc.’s mission is to rescue and professionally train dogs to help people and enhance lives, maintaining a lifelong commitment to all dogs we rescue and all people we serve.”
Nancy & Harley
Dogs are rescued, trained, then provided a forever home with a person who is deaf, autistic or has other challenges. Dog and person create meaningful relationships that benefit both greatly! These partnerships are supported by Dogs for the Deaf throughout their lifetimes.

{PIN}spirational Challenge #27: Photo - Deer In The Forest

Happy Tuesday! It's a new challenge at {PIN}spirational Challenges. As always, we share a photo for you to be inspired by. See below for what it is.

I was inspired by the deer (obviously - Ha!) and the yellow colors.

Our sponsor Squigglefly offers the perfect digital stamp for this challenge and I was lucky enough to be able to use it.

I Need Help!

Eeek! I really need help from all of you crafty people, especially those that use digital stamps.

Do you recognize that girl image? I chose it as my win for a challenge blog. Unfortunately, I wasn't very organized & I didn't keep track of the company that it came from!

Yes, I'm horrible! If you know anything about it, please leave me a comment. I think the artist's name is Heather, but I don't know what her shop name is. She has a website & an Etsy shop. I would appreciate it so so much!

I have organized all of my digital stamps, so I know where I received them from because I very much want to credit the creators.

{UPDATED: Thank you, Deanne & Tonya, for helping me out with the graphic designer information. The digital stamp used is from Heather Ellis! }

This card was submitted to these wonderful challenge blogs. See links below, so you can join in the fun, too!
