Blossom & Mustard Seed

Inspired by summer blooms, pink and yellow combine together for a vibrant, cheery look.

Splish Splash Summer Fun

Happy Friday, everyone!

The temperature in Oregon has finally cooled down, so you know what that means?

Yard work . . lots and lots of yard work.

We've let our yard go since it was too hot to be outside - not mention that there was SO much smoke from fires nearby that it wasn't healthy to breath the air.

This weekend will be spent pulling weeds, cutting down plants & mowing the grass. Of course, after that is done, I will be crafting away.

Wishful Beach





Instead of doing the usual beach theme, I shared a little wish of mine with this creation.

It's a small view of a beach house. I've always wanted to have my very own beach house. I love the idea of stepping out your door & the big, beautiful ocean is there for enjoying.

{PIN}spirational Challenge #11: Inspiration Photo - Sea Shells


At {PIN}spirational Challenges, we are inspired by a photo of gorgeous sea shells. And sea shells always remind me of the beach - Duh, right? It's SO time for the beach! It's June, the sun is shining (hopefully!) & the ocean is just calling my name. Here I come sand, surf & sea . . .


The shells are actually necklaces from Kauai. My partner & I both received one from a little shop just for visiting it. I decided to use them in my crafts as I don't wear shell jewelry.

Itsy Bitsy Bikinis

It's Summer! If you are in Oregon like me, it may not seem like it. But it's here! If you haven't already pulled it out, it's time to get that bikini (or other swimsuit if you're not a bikini wearer) ready to wear or at least your body ready to wear it :)
